What access will I be given?

As this is a managed hosting service, we only provide administrative access sufficient for you to access/edit/upload/move your hosted files. This limitation allows us to provide you with a secure and reliable hosting environment that would not hinder our ability to deliver latest patches and consistency to you.

Where are your servers located?

Our servers are hosted with Amazon Cloud, located in major states such as Singapore, Australia, New Zealand, US East, US West, and more. We host your content in your target region for a smoother browsing experience for your users.

Is there a minimum contract term?

Our hosting plans are billed on a yearly basis, effective from the date of sign-up, or migration, whichever is later. Should you wish to terminate or change provider, there shall be no refund or proration of remaining term thereof. Upon termination, all contents and data will be erased from our servers, and we will retain no data or files on our server as part of our effort to maintain data security.
